Deciding to go to counseling can be terrifying, but I believe it can also be the most rewarding decision you can make. We are wired for relationship. It shapes us into who we are-for better and for worse-and in relationship with others we find life's most immense joy and fullfilment but also experience our greatest pain and brokenness.

However, it is here, in one coming alongside you and caring for you in these broken moments that we find healing. As your counselor, I am committed to fostering an authentic, genuine relationship that allows for such healing to begin.
