I've had good experiences every time I've dealt with this office. Jessica is ALWAYS super duper helpful and friendly. There was one time I was slightly dissatsfied, and that was when I dealt with some other random girl on the phone. It came time for me to re-up my insurance yesterday and after getting quote after quote I finally decided on State Farm Insurance. My local agent is Rob Damico, and I called his office to go over everything that I'd been quoted on line.
Rob was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal I could. My last insurance company didn't really make me feel confident, or like they actually cared about me being a customer. I have a good feeling that if I need anything, Rob and his assistant will be there to help me out!
