I've been with State Farm and Damian Useda for 4 years now and still with him, and have had no problems at all. The staff always answers my calls and helps me out with all my needs. Damian is also in the military and has been able to stay in touch and give me financial advice during his deployments overseas. He really looks out for my future and helps in any way. Thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! I was lied to and then told I would be receiving a credit. After another month of paying a higher premium than I was quoted I called the agent and he then advised I wouldn’t get the credit he told me I was going to receive. As an agent he has no respect to even make a call to update the customer instead I had to reached out to them. Agent told me he could cancel me 30 days back... what does that do for all the money I am out for switching to them after they lied on the premiums for me to change. This is unethical!

I have nothing but great things about this insurance agent as well as his staff. Having only spoken to Sindy over the phone, she is the epitome of courteous, professional and helpful customer services agent all wrapped into one. I finally did the responsible thing and purchased renters insurance through the online app, Lemonade. When I was offered the opportunity to purchase the earthquake part of the policy I was quoted an astronomical number and for a policy they said they would be unable to customize at all for me unless I did the leg work myself and contacted their partnering firm. I wanted a one stop shop, not a piecemeal policy that would underinsure me and overcharge me. Enter Damian's staff. Worst service ever!! The insurance keeps jumping out of knowhere with bad attitude. They talk over you. Damian never gets back to you. Tried to blame his military. You’d think he have his staff aligned better considering he has military background. Not to mention they didn’t want to give me the corporate office number. If anyone know it please reach out so I am able to make this right.

In searching for the best car and homeowners insurance and I came across StateFarm. Ask and hire Damian Useda. I didn't know what kind of homeowners coverage I had until he explained it to me. He got me way more coverage saving hundreds of dollars. This entire time I had been over paying USAA. His dedication to customers are unsurpassed. He explained everything to me step by step. What can I say, been seeing the commercials everywhere. I was referred to Damian and he did delivered. Showed him my home owners insurance and my car insurance. Damian showed me my options and I got to save money so I switched to State Farm and I am one happy customer. He was fast efficient and truthful.
