Mel Saperstein has successfully and tenaciously handled no-fault automobile claims and personal injury cases for more than 50 years. He has collected millions of dollars in injury settlements for clients, working with all major insurance companies, while maintaining his high standard of personal service to his clients.
Bryan Marcus graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1992. Bryan has spent his entire legal career in business law. Bryan's areas of practice include representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and landlord-tenant relations. Bryan left a major downtown Detroit law firm in 1997 to focus his attention on those areas of the law.
Marc E. Seyburn has been developing his professional skills for over 20 years, which has allowed him to cultivate his unique talents as a creative thinker in legal, tax and financial planning. Throughout his career he has gained valuable experience in all phases of transactional work, utilizing his unique skill set from capital raise through startup in a wide variety of industries.
Charlene supports the firm's managing partner, Harold Fried, and works directly with the firm's criminal practice area in Michigan. She is well versed in all local, state and federal court rules, court filings, legal research, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining databases, along with her other duties as the firm's Office Administrator.

These guys are the absolute gold standard. You may aspire to be this good (and you may someday be), but you can’t get any better. I have been both the recipient and witness to case after case of phenomenal outcomes from Harold Fried and his team. This level of trust and skill are exceedingly rare and I simply cannot say enough positive things.
