So far he has returned my calls and if u think he is a bad attorney maybe u should hire Levine and Benjamin and let them put an attorney on your case with less than 2 years experience and get your claim denied. They say they help their clients every step of the way from applying to appeals on their tv commercials which should be false advertisement. They could appeal to appeals counsel, or re-apply, or appeal it to the federal court but they didn’t with me. Then Mr. Bimberg or however u spell his name told me if I gave him a bad review that he would charge me for making copies of all of my 1

Reading over his reviews on AVVO, I understand when it is said Marc doesn't return calls or get back to his clients. I emailed him with a serious injury I suffered, and once I asked for his credentials and background he ignored me as if "how dare you question me"? So I can see how one would feel he is arrogant, greedy and miserly. I would not recommend him.
