I ate the watertable burger, and it was absolutely exquisite. The meat was so soft and the combination of that soft meat with the slight crisp of the bun made it a perfect burger. There was a sauce on the side as well, and the slight spice of that sauce just added to the flavor and was delicious. 10/10 recommend if you don’t know what to get, but want something you guarantee will be good. I recommend getting a salad on the side because it doesn’t have much vegetables, but with that you will be so satisfied. I will 100% come here again and get this again. Everything here that I ate was good

My mom and I had breakfast and dinner here while we stayed at the Hyatt, and after touring colleges all day, this was the perfect place to come back to! The staff gave great recommendations, and were super friendly.
The bread they served for dinner was sourdough topped lightly with flaky salt, and made for the perfect preamble to the salmon belly and bone marrow appetizers we had. Salmon belly was amazing and well complimented by the avocado sauce and pickled radishes, and the bone marrow is melt-in-your-mouth perfect. Just a reminder that it's basically just fat, so I would recommend sharing

Staying at the resort and decided to dine here for breakfast. The staff is very professional, polite, attentive, and prompt. Ordered the Chicken & Waffle Benedict. It was the best! The chicken was seasoned to perfection and very tender. The eggs poached just right. I'm not a fan of hollandaise sauce so I had them put it on the side but it completed the dish and had a nice, light flavor. Every bite was delicious! Will likely have this again before leaving. I'm anxious to try other breakfast items during our stay.

Friendly bartenders and Fabulous food! A great breakfast in a beautiful, stylish setting with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is quite varied with many interesting sweet and savory choices. Try the Lavender French Toast, so delicious!Afterwards, stroll around the beautiful grounds of the Hyatt or across the bridge over PCH to the beach!
