Thanks for stopping by my site! I'm Tristan, a San Diego maternity, newborn and family photographer. I'm originally from Florida (don't hold that against me), and made San Diego my home back in 2010. My husband and I are raising quite the tribe. We have 6 (yes I said 6) kids at home from teenagers down to the baby.
Pregnancy is like a new beginning of all things - hope, wonder, and a dream of endless possibilities. As a mom myself I remember the always evolving emotions of pregnancy so vividly. The ups, the downs and everything in between. It is such a beautiful process and I love working with expecting mothers.
There is nothing like meeting your child for the first time. I can't even begin to describe the feeling of holding them in your arms. The sweet newborn smell. Their soft skin, tiny fingers and delicate little toes. It's amazing how quickly they change, almost before your eyes. Newborns always have a special place in my heart.

Tristan was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is extremely professional, talented, responsive, and made us feel comfortable.
We had a family photo session on the beach, with 2 toddlers passed their bedtime and she was able to capture such beautiful moments. I was in tears when I first opened the photo gallery. They are perfection!! She far exceeded our expectations. We are forever grateful and this is only the first of many future photo sessions with her to come!

Tristan is not only the nicest, most easy-going person you'll ever meet, but she creates absolute magic behind the lens. She is a standout in her field and it's because of the the way she artfully maneuvers light and colors but also because she just makes you feel comfortable and confident. Being a mom herself, Tristan is great with kids and helps pose them in ways that feel natural and fun. I have recommended Tristan to many of my friends and everyone has been over the moon happy with their photos. I've even cried looking at some of them!

Tristan has taken photos of my family for all sorts of occasions and I am obsessed with every new gallery we get from her! My first photo shoot was a maternity mini session on the beach. At first, I wasn't even planning on getting maternity photos but I am SO glad I changed my mind. I am SO glad I found Tristan for my maternity and newborn photos! She is an absolutely brilliant photographer. It is sometimes hard to feel beautiful when you're 8 months pregnant, but she made me feel amazing and I couldn't be happier with the photos! When we did our newborn photos, the studio was so peaceful, warm and relaxing. Tristan is a swaddling-genius and snapped the most precious photos. I highly recommend Tristan Quigley Photography! Our family celebrated Christmas in San Diego, traveling from Michigan and Minnesota. We recently had the amazing experience of working with Tristan to capture our newest family member with some fantastic newborn photos! She is patient, caring and knew how to make my husband and I look WAY less tired than we were with a 5 day old! As we were planning a family vacation from the Midwest to San Diego / La Jolla, my siblings and I wanted to book a photographer for a family session on the beach.
