Yes, pets must be under 25 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Then follow these three steps!

My time at California Palms Apartments was absolutely wonderful. Prior to apartment hunting, I had my checklist of what I was looking for: safety, parking, amenities, and good management. I viewed other locations, but what ultimately made me decide on California Palms, is their excellent hospitality. While I lived there, I mainly interacted with Jerry, and only have good things to say. In addition, the maintenance team is beyond kind and quick to respond. I never had any issues finding parking. In addition, they have a security team to ensure safety. Thanks for making my stay an enjoyable one!

We love living here here! We have lived here for for two leases!! Jerry and Erica provide a customer service like no other. If you notice anything that displeases you they will always give it their full attention to fix it. I have viewed some other comments and was shocked how untruthful they are. California palms is a view clean and quiet community! Most residents are singles or couples so the vibe is very chill and low key. All the apartments have fancy ring door bells and the appliances are super nice as well. We plan to stay for a long time!

This is my 3rd apartment in the orange county area and California Palms has been the best so far. CP have been nothing but professional, welcoming and helpful. The maintenance guys are WONDERFUL. They’re fast, efficient and great people. They’ll be there to help in a heartbeat. I would recommend CP to any new people to the area or anyone else looking for a reliable place to live.

I just moved out a few days ago but will truly miss this place. I lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. The staff, the maintenance team and my neighbors were all wonderful people. Life happens and I had to move... I read a lot of the comments down below and can happily say I never dealt with any insect or roach issue and never heard any of my neighbors complain about such.. I freakin love this place! Not only is the staff friendly but we have all of these amazing amenities. Jerry is super helpful, always answers all of our question no matter how dumb they sound. This is the first time me and my wife have rented an apartment and Jerry made sure to help us understand everything. The apartments are very nice, it’s very safe. It’s a gated community, so no one can come in unless they have the key, the security guards are also amazing! They usually start their shift when the sun sets to make sure that everything is safe and secure! This is an amazing place when you

Just moved in a few days ago and Enrique and Jerry were fantastic! We needed to move into a new place fairly quick, as in a few days, and they were both very helpful and made the process very fast and easy. We are new to the area and they answered all our questions/concerns and were super helpful, friendly and kind. Thank you guys, really appreciate your diligence and helping to make the new transition smoothly. I’ll probably have more random questions and be popping into the office but so far, so good! p.s, the free cookies, fresh baked everyday, in the office are great touch :)
