I have been to these apartments as a guest several times and have registered my car every time. The one time I forgot they towed my car without warning. They don't care about the community or guests.
**Update** Management will take ZERO responsibility for towing and will send the resident a passive aggressive email for a guest leaving a bad review.

I have lived at Nineteen01 for over 2 years, and just re-signed another year lease because I couldn't imagine anywhere better to live. The leasing office staff, Tessa, Linda and Mike, are some of the most welcoming and wonderful people I've met. They make an apartment building feel like a forever home. The complex is incredible and the amenities are fantastic. The maintenance staff is equally incredible because Chad will fix anything at any time with the most friendly attitude imaginable. Community events thrown by the team only make the complex better. From Valentine's Day parties

Have been here only a month but no issues so far. Clean facilities, close to freeways, nearby anything we need (there's a QuickEats within the facility which is convenient for any emergencies). Biggest selling point for my girlfriend and I has been the dog park. At our last complex there was field and we always wished it was a dog park, having a dog park here has been nice since we need them to exert their energy. Also like the halls are indoors. Today it was actually raining and not having to rush through that has been very convenient.

Even though we didn't end up going with this property due to the layout, Mike in the leasing office was an amazing agent from start to finish. If you enjoy living in a place where the fire sirens go off often for no reason, by all means come here. This has happened about four times since I moved in and my dog is traumatized from the sirens going off, so much so that I cannot leave him alone in the apartment because he is terrified.
On top of that, when things break, they are replaced with something cheap, there are gigantic cockroaches all over the hallways and you have to pay hundreds of dollars to use the clubhouse, which is an amenity you already pay for...?

I lived here for over four years and since the new management came on board it's been a huge turnaround I love the work Tessa and her team has been doing ... For my first time moving into an apartment, I wanted to take time and encourage any new renters to consider this place! I've only been renting for a week, but I can attest to the fact that I feel safe and taken care of at Ninteen01. Reading the reviews, I had my concerns, but the apartments themselves are professionally refurbished for your move, and I CONSTANTLY see staff maintaining the property (cleaning the floors, taking care of the trash bins, etc).
Even with my annoying amount of questions, Mike - the leasing consultant - has made sure to answer all of them and has made my transition

We're about 8 months in, and are debating on moving out now. Most things are okay, but my review is coming down due to safety reasons. The security company has switched multiple times, and it seems like each time, they get worse and worse, and the overall, the attitude around safety is abysmal.
A couple of weeks ago, I went to my car, and was surprised by two homeless men sitting between the wall and my car, which is in a dark part of the garage, and it scared the hell out of me. They left when I got scared, but when I called to report it (during business hours), I got sent to a call center

Guest registered cars registered until 3am because you have limited guest hours for parking. They'll tow your guests cars even though they're registered.
The apartments also look nice. But very outdated sewage and garages.
All bathrooms are connected pipes so you'll experience leaks every now and then. Terrible place to live don't recommend.

I've lived here a long time since the old property manager, and it's really sad how bad things have gotten since the place became managed by a new company. Not only does the new manager do nothing in the way of maintenance (more on this later) she's actually a really dreadful human being as well who goes out of her way to deliberately cause problems and headaches for the people who live here.
First the maintenance issues. I could always call the old property manager and get anything fixed the same day. The new maintenance people will show up eventually, then try to convince you

I live in this building since April 2017, I had some problems in my previous apartment, my neighbors had a kid and they let him be running an playing since very late (Around 2 am) it used to be frustrating...
However for the renewal of our contract, decided to transfer to another apartment on first floor, the view is so beautiful with the indoor patio, the high ceiling is a plus and there's no noise! I feel so happy in my new apartment, and thanks to Susie, Heather, Peter, and there are two new guys (sorry cannot remember your names :()...

If I can give this place a 0 rating I would! They don't deserve even 1 star. The staff in the office Alexandra the manager, the regional manager Tessa and leasing consultant Mike were the absolute worst! If you want to move somewhere "luxury" with great customer service, this isn't the place for you. I toured the apartment I leased, it was vacant for 3 months according to the staff, and it was dirty. I scheduled a move in walk through a week before my move in date and office told me they do final cleaning 2 days prior to move in so the day before I can come in for a walk

Nineteen01 used to be a fun community with awesome amenities and a high life quality. Unfortunately, the new management is not up to the task of managing an apartment complex of this size and the life quality here is constantly declining. Tons of issues with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, amenities constantly being closed or made unaccessible and a just overall bad customer service. Do not sign your lease here unless you love overpaying, losing sleep and enjoy being lied to....
