If i could not give any stars I would!!! This business is joke... I hired them to clean my high traffic area including the hall way and entry way of my house. I explained in detail to the dispatcher that we had a plumbing accident in the bathroom which involved our toilet flooding the hall way directly in front of the bathroom. She was FULLY aware of the problem before sending the gentlemen out to clean my carpets. After being LATE and making my family wait 20 mins past the window I was told the gentlemen proceeds to tell me he CAN NOT clean my carpets because the do cover water damaged floors

Lyon did a awesome job from start to finish. When he came out to do the estimate he was on time and showed what I could expect with cleaning of the old tile. The day of the job he was on time and the work was done quickly but that didn't affect the quality. I would recommend Moser brothers to anyone if they need tile cleaned. I will be using them again once my dogs and kids ruin what was just cleaned.

I self-cleaned my rug at home and it looked fantastic. After about a day or so, I noticed that it had a sour smell. I knew right away that I needed to do some damage control so I looked up some carpet care companies on Yelp.
Moser Brothers gave me a quote for my large, approximately 7X11, rug and let me know that I could drop it off at their listed address for a lower rate. I dropped it off and picked it up a week later (due to my busy schedule).
Moser Brothers did not charge me for cleaning my carpet because they were not confident that the odor had been removed completely! They used a deodorizer

Hubby had nothing but praise for Lyon, saying he was courteous and professional, as well as on time and thorough. Trust me, if hubby is using such superlative adjectives, this Lyon guy must have been the real deal.

I went on vacation and left the house in the care of my twin 20 year old sons. The house was still standing when I came back, however i did discover some stained carpet in my living and dining rooms.
