We are a very small climbing company based in Portland Oregon. I received a letter today from Carmel and Naccasha (Dallas K. Mosier) stating he represents TheClymb/Left Lane Sports a multi million dollar internet based sales company. The Climb currently owes us about $3000 and has not yet paid us the overdue money. The letter states that "our client is prepared to aggressively pursue all legal remedies" for an internet posting we made telling people this company did not pay us (its true). We simply requested that TheClimb pay us the money owed like any honest company would do. I'm not sure what
