Not a client but my gf was and i have to deal with the repercussions of Dream Hair's poor service....
Very unsatisfied with the lack of effort they provided in trying to fix it but instead used this unfortunate event to find a new way to sell another poor service.
A place that requests a 250$ deposit on a 500$ service is a desperate attempt to get paid for a service that wouldnt make more than great clips.
Its sad that she istaking advantage of the kindness of these women, that just simply dont wamt to hurt lady feelings. So after 500$ extension botch job she was burdened with....

I have been going to Dream Hair for 5 years for hair extensions and have always been more than pleased with the results. She is very professional and the hair quality is excellent she is excellent in matching color as well. It has been a few years since having my extensions done here but a stylist friend said I should still leave a review to warn others. It was my 18th birthday and my mom paid for me to have extensions done. I was so excited but that quickly turned to horror. The hair quality was awful, the way she did the extensions were not right at all. they we just stuck in there wherever she saw fit. after literally like 3 days the hair was matted and just impossible to work with. I got extensions and am really disappointed. They are really thin and not blended well. Will be continuing to do them on my own. Plus when trying to call to speak with owner the phone number will not work.

This place is great! The service is phenomenal! I get SO many compliments on my hair that I cannot see myself going anyplace else. My family bought a deal to Dream Hair in the form of a Groupon as a gift to my mom for Christmas. My family was very excited to purchase this salon package for my mom, as we just wanted to give her the extra TLC she deserves. However, when my mom made the appointment, she was told by Merrylyn that she would have to pay an extra $20 if she used her Groupon. Merrylyn then hung up on my mom when she asked why it would be extra. DO NOT go for hair extensions! It was my first time getting extensions. I had about a 2 hour consultation with Marylyn. I expressed to her what I wanted, showed a picture (that was on her website), and repeatedly informed her that I had thick hair. She agreed to install the extensions and gave me a price for a full head of extensions. I was excited and eager because I had plans to show off my new hair!

I showed up to the appointment. She first installed 50 strands, which was far too less. She added 10 more...not even close. She ended up adding 102 strands of what was !00% CHINESE hair! Poor poor

After being told that the "Licensed aestetician" would be performing the service I could hear her receiving instructions on how to do it from the owner. Turns out she had lied to me about having ever performed the service before!
