I had an appointment scheduled. I had finished the quarantine period of a Covid exposure and it was past the CDC guidelines. 5 days isolation, 5 days masked. I was vaccinated and booster shot. I let her know that it was past the required isolation period and I had no symptoms for my appointment. I told her so she knew why I was going to be wearing a mask. She then sent me a text 5 minutes before my appointment as I was waiting in the parking lot that she has health issues and can’t risk seeing me even though I was done with the quarantine period. She let a $150 certificate my friend purchased

She is good at her profession, but she is also very good at ghosting people, canceling your appointment and always runs late, but doesnt want you to be late or cancel or she'll charge you. Very bad at communicating, or answering messages.I read where she has done this to others as well.
Service: Eyelash extensions

I've been going to Tori for a long time to get my hair colored. She is very responsive and always communicates. Her little girl is too cute and keeps things interesting when I'm sitting waiting for the bleach to process. Not to mention her color work is always beautiful!

Tori does my extensions and I LOVE them! She's been doing them for over a year and always gives me realistic expectations, I have severely fine hair and it gives me the confidence I've always wanted! When she tells me to order new extensions I do! Because hair extensions won't last forever but a good stylist does!

I've always had a great experience at Tori's Salon! When I moved to Ohio, I've always had a hard time finding a great salon. When I found Tori, I was so happy because not only did she do an awesome job with my hair but with my eyebrows and lashes as well. I've been going to Tori for about a year now and I have no regrets. She is very talented and does an awesome job all around. I always come to her for everything because she can do it all. She always does her best to give her clients exactly what they want. I've been going to Tori for about a year now and I can't go anywhere else! I started going for my lashes and now Tori does my hair. Booking is always super easy since I don't have to call her to schedule every time. My schedule is always unpredictable so I like the capability of going in weeks in advance to see when she is available. I've been to a few lash techs but stayed with Tori because of the quality of her work and professionalism. She's extremely personable and with her owning her own salon, you don't have to deal with that "corporate" environment.

I had an appointment with her and she ghosted me with the excuse that she forgot to put me in her books, she then changed her appointment booking system so that would not happen again. When I texted to tell her that the system is not working to make another appointment (giving her another chance) she asked me about any error codes and I told her nooo... I even went to the Apple store to check out my phone, this texting over a 3 day period and crickets.... nothing from her!!! I can only say that she doesn’t communicate well nor care much for her reputation or her clients!! So sorry to say.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Tori when she has done my lashes! We always have a great consultation about what’s suitable for my lashes and what I’m looking for. Her booking system is SUPER EASY to use and convenient for what works best for your schedule. Thanks for always making my lashes look 💣 girl!

Tori ghosted me on my appointment, if I could give her zero stars I would. She offered to make it up to me and I agreed to give her a second chance. She applied a new service to to make appointments so there would be no mix's ups. When I tried this service and it did not work, I contacted her, she asked if there were error codes.. none and crickets. I tried the site numerous times as well as Tori to no avail. If this is how you would like to be treated then she is your gal. Unfortunately she is too "busy" to communicate in a 4 day span to correct my misconception of her.
