We booked the room for 3 people but I got only 2 towels. Then I call to reception and she said I need to go down and get it at reception counter only. At night there are insects flying in the room and I inform… reception and she offer me to move to the new room but new room is located on lower level. 4 star hotel but no manager on duty and no any service assistant at night.

The hotel itself is nice, but there was a ground wire stuck in an outlet when I got there, the WiFi turned off multiple times during my visit, the AC went out in the middle of the night on my second to last day, and housekeeping is refusing to cooperate and return books I know I left behind and told me to file a police report instead.
