I have been resident in this complex since Sep 2016 and have witnessed deterioration in the management team quality and living experience here.
- Public facilities look good but residents have to pay for using them more and more. And more importantly, they try to get money from residents' deposit as much as possible.
We have rented the clubhouse recently, paid $200 for rental fee, which used to be free or with nominal amount, and deposited $150 as security deposit. We tried to make the facility as clean as possible and emptied the trash bins but somehow 1 spoon left in the floor and two or three

Great Place, Amazing front office staff. If it wasn't for the front office staff, Clarissa, Marilyn and Josh, I don't think I would have moved here. They were all first class, very professional and made sure things were always handled whenever I needed something. I would move anywhere any one of these 3 were working. Truly a great community to belong to. Pride in ownership and top notch property management. The apartments are beautiful, well kept and clean. The crystal clear heated pool and spa, modern clubhouse, large laundry, and full gym all add value. I love being a part of it I hope you do too! Come see the best place to live in town.
