I visited the place for A/C repair for my Nissan Altima and they charged it for me with a refrigerant, added a dye and asked me to revisit after a week for follow up and leakage check and it took almost 30 mins. They are professional, honest and keen on customer experience rather than making money. Another place that I visited before gave me ridiculous cost estimate to replace a compressor and condenser! I don’t think I will go anywhere else for auto repair after trying Ultimate Car Care.

These guys are a great value! They took great care of me when I had to have an alternator put onto our Rav4. Turns out the alternator I had purchased from Oh, Oh, Oh, O' Riley's was damaged (brand new mind you) and instead of like having us to deal with it, they ordered the replacement one and sent the damaged one back in an effort to not have to keep our car another day. Top notch guys here! I recommend them. Love the fact that they will put your parts on if you've already purchased them! I will be back once again soon!

These guys are seriously amazing. I recommend them to everyone because every time I come here the customer service is wonderful, price is fair, their fast/efficient, and their work is Solid!
I dropped my car off this morning to get the AC fixed and I got a call 45 minutes later with the diagnostics and quote and about 4 hours after that I got the text that my car was ready to goooo! He noticed my inspection needed to be done and went ahead and did that too! I honestly didn't even know they did inspection until I picked up my car. I will continue to come to them for every service my cars require

Wonderful experience at Ultimate Car Care. Chris makes sure you understand everything they are doing and lets you know if some things can wait to be done. They do great work and don't rip you off.

I'm new to this side of town and I can't tell you how relieved I am to have found a shop that has a friendly, straight shooter like Chris! He was honest, thorough, and happy to have my business. He had my trust from day one and since I have an, oldie but a goodie vehicle, that is of utmost importance to me.
He never tried to over sell me, and he even gave my pointers for my diy projects. I am more than happy to have found this place. I will be talking up Chris and his service team for a long time!
