We used Clearvision for our home inspection. They were timely and gave a clear report of that which they inspected, however, they gave no indication of inspecting our windows. Once we moved into the home we saw that 3 windows had broken seals. We notified our Clearvision inspector and he refused to come and take a look at them and said even if they were broken there is nothing he would do about it. I find this to be a lack of integrity. A business should stand behind their work. I have spoken with other home inspectors that said they have replaced broken items that they missed. Home buyers
