What A joke Rory Ives is. He told my potential buyer that Showers and Bathtubs have no access to the Whirlpool pump and electric . This may result in having to remove the tub in order to service the tub. This also restricts the inspector from inspecting the whirlpool jetted tub for leaks... This was what he told his client.. Well this was ALL a… lie. There is access to the Whirlpool jetted tub pump and all the electric to service anything and even check for leaks. RORY just isn't qualified enough to find where these access's are for servicing.. So the above is wh

Greg was fantastic. He covered absolutely everything and had all of the answers to any of my questions. He even gave great advice on installing a vent in the basement for my dryer. He took pictures of every crevice and was very straight forward, professional and seemed to really enjoy the work. I would absolutely recommend working with Healthy Home Inspections.

Trenton did an inspection for my mother in law and she was very impressed. Not only were they able to schedule her quickly but he did it on a Saturday. They scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. and he was there at 9:55 a.m. ready to go. He was very polite, thorough and professional. They were also very affordable. She definitely recommends him and will use him any and every time she needs an inspection.

Buyer beware. We are very disappointed in Healthy Home Inspections. The inspector did not report several cracks and holes in my tile roof. They also did not report multiple issues with water heater. When my… wife and Realtor reported issues found by a roofer who was preparing to clean our roof on the day of our closing, the response from the owner of Healthy Home Inspections was not acceptable. Since the owner’s response was not acceptable we did not even make an attempt to share our experience in regards to a plumber a week later stating the water heater was a disaster waiting to

I highly recommend Healthy Home Inspectors, Troy did a great job inspecting the property we were interested in buying. Very thorough, he checked everything and founds things that were hidden from our sight. He checked the attic where he found major issues with the roof, under sinks where the piping was all messed up and much much more... I would like to recommend Healthy Home Inspectors. Rory did a phenomenal job inspecting my property. He was very thorough and checked everything. He even went deep inside the crawl and attic spaces and when he was done I received a very professional, detailed report with photographs detailing any issues spotted / comments that he had. He worked quickly and methodically and followed all CDC guidelines during this pandemic. He patiently answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. Thank you so much.

I've been working with Troy and his team for my client inspections for over 5 years, and he is always my first choice! Great guy, & great team. He is always on time, and provides complete and efficient reports.
