I love the friendly people and the great maintenance, landscaping and office teams. I don't have to worry about any of the things I did when I owned my house (maintenance & yard work). The valet garbage is great too. I have some disabilities and being able to put my garbage right outside my door for pickup, is so helpful. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Absolutely a wonderful place to reside. Meadowlawn itself and their staff rise above any other place I have lived. Everyone in the office by far has the best customer service, maintenance is very prompt and communicative with requests. Not to mention living on a golf course, how could you go wrong? The rent prices are cheaper than other complexes around, for the amount of amenities that I have access to, makes it more of a win-win. If your considering Meadowlawn, just know that you will be in good hands. If you have any issues or concerns the manager is very nice and knowledgeable, I plan to be

The location is great, the community is great, price was fair market but not after 4 years. We have no complaints other than the head of the complex, Kathy Kennedy is exceptionally rude and purely incompetent. The contract cannot be modified in any way which is legally questionable and contract length is 45+ pages and contradictory to itself. You can only park nose-in or the predatory towing company they contracted with will tow you from your own spot that you paid for at a cost of around $400. Also, rent will go up $50-75 per year so don't expect to live here too long.

Beautiful community! We are so fortunate to have been able to find this place! We love our apartment and the beautiful patio!! Fair pricing for everything that is included and our bills are relatively small!

I am so excited with the possibilities of a dream that will come true. I am a golfer, and I have played all the courses in the valley. I played Medowlawn many years ago, and I promised myself that when I retired I would join Medowlawn, and the beautiful, community of my peers. I am 67 and its been a dream of mine to be apart of such a wonderful welcoming staff and fellow retires. I couldn't be more excited to be apart of the beauty that is Medowlawn. We just moved into the Apartments and LOVE it here. They are so friendly, and quickly dealt with a minor issue I has with the stove. The neightbors seem friendly and when we went to the pool there were friendly folks there too.The golf course is lovely and are interesting just to look out over, there are geese and ducks that visit nearly up to the back gate. We are both 60's and hope to spend many years here after owning our own home and having trouble keeping up with the maintenance.
