The full service salon owned and operated by Michele McCloskey (Mickie) offers a variety of services for women, men and children to enjoy. Mickie fell in love with Pensacola and it won out, it was the perfect place with all it's character and charm to open the business. The building was built in 1987 and with a little sprucing, it was turned into a quaint, family-type salon.
The salon sits on the water where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the patio out back with a breathtaking panorama. The salon has 4 stylists and a nail tech to serve all your hair, waxing, and nails needs. The salon is opened Monday - Thursday 9am-9pm Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday by appointment and walk-ins are always welcomed!

Originally from Pennsylvania, I am now proud to call Pensacola home. I have been in the beauty industry for 29 years. I wanted to bring my Northern flair to Pensacola by giving my clients a "bigger city finesse." My friends and I are from out of town and wanted to go check out The Happy Crow, on the side of this business. We couldn’t find a parking lot for The Happy Crow and pulled into the salon parking lot, confused as to where we were. The parking spot we pulled into did have a sign saying “for salon only,” but we thought the salon wasn’t open and the other cars were for The Happy Crow. As soon as we stepped out of the vehicle, a woman from Mickiez Salon rushed out the door and started yelling at us “Can you read that sign?! Can you read?! Get out!” We quickly got in the car and drove off

Emily cut my hair unevenly, dyed my hair a completely different color than discussed and overcharged me. The color was completely random different colors, and none of it even made it to the roots of my hair. (About 2cm off on the entire color). I still had dye on my forehead when I left. I will NEVER let her touch my hair again. Completely disappointed in the service.

My daughter took me to this place for a Mother's day haircut and I loved it. I will be going back for a coloring very soon. I just want to say that Emily did a great job cutting and styling my hair, I would recommend her and this place to anyone. I also just fell in love with the whole look of the place, the wall decor,the plants the color of the walls is just adorable and makes you feel welcomed and relax. The place is awesome and the puppy that had me thinking he was a looking in my soul with the cutest old man eyes was just a great addition. I can't wait for me and my daughter both to return

Emily did horrible on my moms hair. Plus she paid extra for a different color and that didn't show up one bit either. Don't go to this lady she doesn't know what she's doing and she was just graduated recently.. she refused to fix her hair and was very rude and wanted a lot of extra money to fix it. She also cut my bangs way shorter than I told her to and when I went to pay her she counted it and I needed change back and she was acting like she could just keep it.. nope won't be back ever.

1st experience here through Groupon and also 1st time I've been asked by stylist if I want to use color or bleach to achieve highlights. My hair is brown, so the obvious choice would have been bleach. But, my mistake, I chose color to lift my hair. Well, it didn't turn out that blonde and the lowlights I paid extra for just blend with my natural color. I wanted a nice contrast of blonde and brown but didn't get it at all. When I asked Emily if she could redo it, her reply was that I would have to pay her more to redo it. What?! Are you serious?! I've only had 1 other occasion when my highlights
