I have nothing but good things about this salon! The prices are very reasonable. The entire staff are friendly. The location is downtown, so you have to pay to park, but it is easy to do from an app. I was actually surprised when I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. I have been using the same woman to do my hair for years, so I was nervous to try a new place. I am very thankful I gave them a try! Barb did my hair and she was amazing all around. I would think twice about ordering anything online from this business. Most unprofessional experience, I ordered 75.00 worth of product. It arrived with nothing in the package, owner answer was it’s not our problem reach out to our delivery company, it’s insured for 50.00 only.Now I am out money and product, who knows if I will every get anything back! STAY FAR! Away learn how to run a business. Take care of you people that keep you in business, should of been given what I ordered, not having to make a claim, still not getting the products and on top of that not getting full amount I paid for

Jeremy is an absolute star, trust me. He could easily be a top stylist in a high-end NYC salon but here you get him without the pretense or the price tag. Jeremy has that rare combination of expertise in every aspect of styling and the ability to say "you may want to consider..." when he knows from experience that I probably don't want to make too drastic a change and for that I am so very grateful! Jeremy's also kind, patient and funny. I have been to several salons in Pcola and this is a gem. Highly recommend!

Moonflower has the best ambiance of any salon I've been to. Babz gave me a perfect cut! She followed all my directions, and I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. She was lovely to talk to, gave me great recommendations in the area (I just moved here), and also wonderful advisement on hair care products. Will absolutely be back, and highly recommend Babz!

Got a haircut with Jeremy and I loved him and his work! He has a great personality and it was so easy to talk to him. I would recommend everyone and all my friends to schedule with him! 5 stars all around. :)

I wish I could remember the name of the guy who did my hair but it’s the best it’s ever looked. The vibe of the salon is cool and my hairstylist was wonderful. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had a great experience with Jillian. She definitely knows her craft. Downtown Pensacola has its parking challenges and I'm not comfortable using that parking garage but I lucked out on this day and got a spot close to the shop. Moonflower has a cool atmosphere as do
Most Downtown spaces. The lady sitting at the reception desk was rather chilly, unlike Jillian who was warm and friendly. There was a cute little dog wandering around the shop as well. I love dogs so that was not a negative where I'm concerned. I'll definitely go back!

Had a last minute issue arise with another hair salon on my wedding day - this place took both myself and my maid of honor in last minute!! We both saw Babz there and she gave my maid of honor the cutest boho braids and gave myself an incredible blowout with beautiful curls. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Babz!

Like what my hair looks like now. Being an 'older woman' my hair was 30 years out of date and thin. Now, I might not 30 years younger but I sure feel better about being 73. Good people who listen and then give their input... Win each way!

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is very professional but relaxing, and all of the staff was extremely friendly. Jeremy G cut my hair and I am not exaggerating when I say that it is the best cut I have ever received! He really listened to what I wanted before he ever got started, and he even helped me articulate things I was looking for but didn't know how to describe. I will not be going back. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 5pm but the receptionist told me 4:45pm would be better if I could make that. I said Ok since I work downtown I would just have a shorter lunch so I could leave work 15 mins early. When I arrived I was informed that they actually had me down at 4 and since the receptionist didn’t take my number down when I made the appointment they had no way of sending a reminder and that the person they had down for me already left for the day. The receptionist did not apologize for the confusion but rather made me feel like it was my fault for

I have lived in major cities where I have paid a lot of money to get my hair highlighted. From Boston to San Francisco and Seattle. I had NEVER been charged so much as $250 + $30 for a full highlight, trim + root toner in all my life. Thankfully I found a salon that charges $150 for a partial which is the same I paid at my regular salon of 5 years in Washington, and I tip them well and can feel great about it!

Also I should add there is nothing special about the technique here that would warrant a $330 cut and color. I don't know what every stylist here charges but I saw Amanda and my roots

I've been coming here for over 3 years and am always very pleased with my results! The salon is comfortable and inviting. They always offer you a beverage, either water, soda, a beer, or a glass of wine (complimentary). Whitney is my usual stylist and she's fantastic. She listens to your requests and then implements them, asking the occasional additional question to make sure you're getting what you want during the cut. None of the stylists here will steer you wrong.

Love love love this salon! Not only does it have the cutest atmosphere, but the stylists are amazing! I go to Amanda, and I am always impressed by her work. Sydney did my makeup for my wedding, and I wasn’t exactly sure how to voice my vision, but she pulled it off perfectly. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect look. Everyone at the salon is upfront about prices, which I love, offers complimentary beverages upon your arrival, and is super friendly and personable. Always satisfied with my visits.

Evan was amazing! I came in and explained what I liked and didn't like and after showing a couple of pictures she knew exactly what I wanted. She walked me through what she was going to do every step of the way. Cut and color (blonde balayage) was absolutely amazing and she even showed me how to style my hair (cute beach waves). Would definitely recommend.

Had my first, but definitely not my last, experience at Moonflower Salon this week. Amanda was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and fun, and exceeded my every expectation. After searching for a salon I love since moving to the area 18 months ago, I'm finally happy. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and a long relationship with Moonflower.

I've had 2 full balayage/blowouts here and it has been a perfect experience each time. Whitney does a great color and blowout, I even have naturally curly dry hair. Both times the blow outs have been amazing and the color treatments blend very naturally. The salon is very accommodating and the staff friendly & pleasant. I live in Milton but plan to come back for all hair appointments

Went to get my hair balayaged and once it was done it looked exactly the same as before she did anything.. I was extremely disappointed especially after 1.I read such great reviews and 2. I paid $200+ for it... I also felt so unwelcomed.. the stylist didn't try to have a conversation, I'd try to start one and she'd give me short answers, it was very awkward.. very disappointing because I really wanted to like it there

I got a full balayage and it turned out so much better than i even wanted!! Whitney did my hair and I absolutely love it. If you're iffy about dying your hair I highly recommend doing it with this salon.

I love it here! Everyone is so friendly, and everyone seems to walk out with amazing hair. My stylist Jillian was so awesome! She listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair has never been better. She was so helpful, and answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable, which is such a relief as some stylist can give off a pretty snooty attitude. I am so happy to of finally found a stylist I can trust.

Great atmosphere and even better stylists! They use great products and pay attention to detail. I completely trust every stylist here with doing an amazing job on my hair, and I won't go anywhere else!
