We process registry transactions in our Leominster office for our existing and new customers at no cost. We issue new plates, transfer and renewals, including speciality plates (NE Patriots and Red Sox) commercial, trailer and motorcycle. Transactions that can not be processed in our office, will be sent with our runner to the registry.
