Joe McCaffrey entered the insurance world in the 1960's by selling life and health insurance. In 1968, he was hired by Allstate Insurance to sell various lines of insurance while standing at a booth in Sears at the mall in Leominster MA. After 11 years in Leominster, Joe transitioned to an insurance office in Lunenburg with his co-workers, where he later retired from Allstate in 1988.
