While some inspectors schedule as many as 4 or 5 inspections a day, we schedule a maximum of 2 inspections on any given day to ensure we give every inspection the time it deserves. We generate every report electronically on site. When the inspection is over, we print your report on site, on the same day as the inspection and go over the report with you to make sure you understand it.

We provide many inspection services for Central Alabama and the greater Birmingham area. These have been sectioned to give you an idea of what to expect no matter what type of inspection you need. The first section will be an overview of what we inspect in a standard residential home inspection. This is what we specialize in and where we shine the most.

I was born and raised in Alabama and am familiar with all of the normal issues associated with central Alabama. I complete no fewer than 30 hours of continuing education each year. I am licensed and in good standing with the Alabama Building Commission as well as the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Mark did an exceptional job of a pre-purchase inspection on our new house. He was thorough and detailed. He took the time to show us all of the significant findings and what they might mean to us. He even suggested potential solutions. His experience in the home construction industry was very evident. By the time he left we had a pound document in our hands

My husband and I have had custom built homes previously and this was our first experience purchasing an older property. Of course we were strongly advised to have an independent inspection done so I started searching for local inspectors. I saw an example of Mark's inspection report, read reviews, and saw his BBB rating--I was sold! Mark came out to the property and was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job going through every single inch of the property. Once he was done, he had a personalized printed report for us with all of the details and he went over each page and thoroughly

Mark was amazing, it has been a long while since I've had to do/get a home inspection and it/he was worth it bigtime!! Thorough, in depth, extensive and especially patient and helpful to me. If this type of thing was something I needed to do every day he is the ONLY one I'd go to--so glad my research led me to find him and he also came highly recommended after I checked with my real estate agent here in ALA. 5 stars not enough

Could not ask for a better experience. Mark did a great job on our home inspection. The report that he printed for us was easy to understand and very detailed. We felt confident about the steps we were taking when purchasing our home. Even when we were in the house for 1 month and had questions, he came over that same day and helped to easy our minds. Buying a home is stressful and knowing that you have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to help on your buying journey is worth so much. For him to stand behind his inspection and be willing to come out again to look says so much about his character
