I hired Total Home Inspection to inspect a condominium that I am buying, and I am very pleased with the details in the report issued by David Jenkins. It is both thorough and easy to understand, and it includes much more than I expected. Along with an in-depth inspection of the condo unit, David also inspected what he could access of the entire building, including the grounds, roof, crawlspaces, and every breezeway. His report doesn't just show my unit's needs; it also contains information about possible issues at the other end of the building, which could lead to future HOA assessments.

Dave was extremely thorough and detailed with his inspection, he spent at least 6 hours inspecting my 1700 sf home. He took the time to walk me through all of the items on his report so that I would know the severity of the issues. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who needs a home inspection and will definitely be using him in the future.
