Our approach is based on the inherent interconnectedness of every system in the body and how those systems are influenced by external factors such as environment and activities. By treating the underlying causes of pain and discomfort, we help our patients achieve increased function, true healing and lasting change.

I tore my ACL and had it repaired in September 2020. I was quite nervous about starting Physical therapy as I had never been before and I was still quite immobile. When I hobbled into alpine PT for the first time, I knew I had come to the right place! Everybody was so welcoming and supportive. My physical therapist, Eli, was pivotal in my successful recovery. I would not be where I am today, completely recovered, without his hard work, dedication, and encouragement! It’s obvious that everybody at alpine PT deeply cares for the patients and their recovery. I always looked forward to going in!

I began working with Jeremiah 2 years ago on chronic neck pain which had plagued me for years. I had surgery in 2007 and despite endless PT, medication, acupuncture ect I had ongoing pain which was terribly frustrating. I am a physician and a colleague recommended Alpine and cautioned that their approach was unique and almost certainly different from anything I had tried before. That proved to be true. It was also true that for the first time in over 10 years I had a dramatic improvement in my pain. It was a truly remarkable experience. The approach is simple and seemed a little voodoo at

Alpine was recommended by my primary care doctor, and is unlike other physical therapy I've done in the past. Jeremiah and the other folks at Alpine offer integrative exercises which are subtle but powerful. My TMJ dysfunction is connected to a range of imbalances in my body, and working with Alpine was been transformational.

Hard to tell if they aren't a scam. I went in with a shoulder issue and had an appointment with Chris. I'd asked for exercises I could do at home to address the injury and instead was give things like: a sheet on other kinds of footwear. This after Chris indicated that I walked fine, had no issues there and even complimented me on my choice of shoes saying they were highly recommended. Oh, and the shoulder issue? That was from a sports accident. Weird PT to say the least. I was given some breathing exercises and cat/cow to do at home. Almost surreal how indirect and irrelevant the exercises were

I have had range of motion issues, lower back pain and more for years. After doing a lot of research I discovered PRI ( Posture Restoration), and noticed alpine was one of the only places in the state that offers this service. Eli educated me on my condition and helped me diagnose an issue that has been with me for year's. I finally feel like i have a path to recovery so I can get back to doing the sports and activities I love. Staff was welcoming and facilty was clean and professional.

I came in to see Chris to fix some shoulder pain I had developed and it turned in to a much more comprehensive approach. Other PTs I’ve seen in the past just asked what hurt, did a few exercises for a few weeks then sent me on.
Turns out I had a lot of other imbalances and Chris has jumped into in a much more holistic approach with fantastic results. He’s also been working with me me on other “side” exercises to help with golf and skiing!
They have a super knowledgeable staff, and Allie at the front is wonderful and always helpful. Harvey can be a little socially awkward but once you

Eli and the support staff at Alpine PT were excellent to work with. I received physical therapy about a year ago for a chronic hamstring issue, and was pretty skeptical going in due to the long-term pain. Eli addressed my issue immediately and worked with me to resolve other minor pain issues as well (all while dealing with the brand-new pandemic protocols). The at-home work that he provided continues to be useful to keep my body working and running. A few weeks into PT my pain issues were gone, and I now have the tools to keep them from coming back again. I highly recommend Alpine PT if you have

So far, so great. A coworker recommended this business after I had a not-so-routine shoulder surgery. They are located very close to where I Live so that was an added bonus. Eli has been the one working with me and has exercised great patience so far. Constantly tests what is working for me and tweaking his recommendations based on my feedback. They have an email reminder system, Allie at the front desk is always nice, and the facility has always been clean. I'll go there again when I have more of my body repaired. And there WILL be more repairs.

The team at Alpine Physical Therapy was excellent - 5 stars. I struggled for 10 years with knee pain brought on by running and basketball. I worked with Jeremiah for several sessions and we retrained the muscles I use to walk and run. This took the pressure off of my knees. The results have been truly incredible for me - I can now run pain-free again. Highly recommend.

I have had great experiences so far with Alpine Physical Therapy. Eli has helped me tremendously with back, neck and TMD pain. During the COVID pandemic, Eli has been very accommodating. I feel like the exercises and feedback I receive on a weekly basis, have lead to positive outcomes. It seems like there priorities are in the right spot as far as helping people get back on the right track. I would highly recommend this business.

Avoid at all costs!

I got some PT from these guys in 2018. At the end of my last session they told me I didn't owe anything, so I assumed insurance had taken care of it. I never received any bill or phone call from them. Recently my wife and I started the process of buying a house and I found out through that process that Alpine sent my bill to a collection agency who then "parked" it. I.e. they don't collect it right away (or even tell you), they wait until you are trying to take out a loan and are therefore in a hurry to make it go away.

When I called Alpine to resolve this

One of my doctors talked me into going back to PT because of my running mileage and sent me to Alpine. I've been working with Eli the last few months and am finally running pain-free for the first time in months after a stress fracture over a year ago. They take a really holistic approach there and help you relearn how to engage all the right muscle groups, breathe better, and realign the naturally asymmetrical body. Eli's also been great at helping me (somewhat reluctantly!) balance out my running with more recovery and cross-training. I've already sent two of my friends to Alpine, can't recommend

After breaking my ankle several years prior, I was dealing with chronic everyday ankle pain that was hindering me in exercising, going on long walks, travel, etc. I had struck out and made no progress with multiple physical therapists prior to coming here and working with Eli.

Within a few weeks, I was already seeing improvements. Eli identified issues with my gait that other PTs hadn't noticed, and he used a taping technique to encourage me to walk properly. He also taught me exercises and explained them as thoroughly as I needed, even indulging my curiosity to see it explained with an anatomy

This was my neighborhood PT place and I had back pain from lifting my baby. The pain was strong enough to keep me from working out and performing an extra side job I have involving lifting. Eli was quick to diagnose a stretching program that worked to get me strong enough. With his assurance, I learned some new core strengthening techniques and appropriate level stretches that eased me back to health.

I'm proud to say I can pick my baby up, workout and do that extra job with no pain.

Staff is always warm and very flexible on scheduling.

I worked with Eli to reduce chronic low back pain. After the initial eval he explained to me in a very understandable way why I was having pain, what we can do to fix it, and how to prevent recurrences. He is truly a pleasure to work with AND my pain is so much better. I appreciate the range of hours that they have - early in the morning and late in the evening. The front desk staff too are so personable and very helpful. If you're looking for a new PT - this is the place.

I have worked with Eli to guide my recovery from a couple of very different injuries. I have been to other PT and Eli is one of the best I have been fortunate enough to work with.
Eli is passionate about your recovery and maximizing your time in the office. His attention to the minor details that make exercises really beneficial is amazing. Thank you Eli for returning me back to healthy by being faster and stronger.

Not kidding. Alpine is the Best Physical Therapy in Seattle. Sorry for the wall of text, but I hope it's worth the read.

I followed my therapist Jeremiah over from Greenwood Physical Therapy and I'm glad I did. It's pretty difficult to find a competent sports therapist in seattle (as you probably know) much less one that will actually help you recover.

I am recovering from back-to-back ACL reconstruction surgery and meniscus repair on both knees, as well as carpal tunnel surgeries in both hands. It has been a very tough 8 months going through all that, but (not kidding) Jeremiah

Fantastic professional service! I saw PT Jeremiah after an car accident. My knees were sore and painful, and I was frustrated about not being able to get back to running. He gave great advice, giving me exercises and stretches to do both in clinic as well as at home. Within two or three sessions (including the work I did at home), I was able to manage the pain to a point that I was able to keep up with my busy work and family schedule. Within only a few more sessions, I was back to a fast walk/slow run. Thank goodness!

Jeremiah was kind, professional and efficient, but just as importantly, he

Leading an active outdoor lifestyle I have seen a few different physical therapists due to injuries and when I herniated a disc in my lower back I was referred to Eli Zygmuntowicz. He worked with me for months as I tried to recover despite a couple setbacks due to other circumstances. Eli tailored my treatment based on my progress and my pain tolerance, scaling it back when I needed it and pushing me towards recovery when he knew I was ready for it. There were days when I felt quite discouraged from my injury, but Eli's attitude cheered me up and kept me working towards my goals.
