I'm almost 70. My knee was going down hill. I was in pain and starting to limp. I worked with Jim for several months, slowly we turned things around. Jim took a maternity leave and Ashley took over. She is a genius. She gave me a practical understanding of what was going on, made some corrections to my gate and taught me a few great exercises. I'm not joining co-rec soccer any time soon, but I can work, walk all over the place, do ladders and have some tools to stay healthy. I am profoundly grateful to those two professionals.

Extremely knowledgeable and caring PTs! Jim was able to quickly understand my issue, explain its origin, and work with me to resolve it. I came in barely able to turn my neck, and after only a few sessions my pain was drastically reduced and I understood it well enough to prevent it from coming back. Very highly recommended!

By far the most useful PT clinic of the probably half-dozen I've been in. I worked with Jim Root for six months post-hip replacement surgery and can't imagine finding a more knowledgeable, patient, encouraging PT. The space is clean, welcoming, well-equipped. And the front desk made everything easy. If you need PT - first, I'm sorry -- but second, get an appointment here.

I had a wonderful experience at Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy! Jim was my PT and he was great. He was funny and nice, which was comforting since this was the first time I ever needed physical therapy, especially coming from having a bad accident. Not only that, but Jim was professional and informative in a way that was not condescending (as we know many in the medical realm tend to be). He challenged me in the ways I needed, helping me gain strength and confidence in myself and left me with the right resources as we finished our time together. Highly recommend if you are needing a PT in the
