Food was fine, service was rather lax, got the food order correct, never asked for drink orders, we had to re-request water and though our reservation was for 530, we were told at 540 how this table was reserved at 730....we were a party of 10. This should be quite simple to handle between two servers and an established restaurant. It has been years since my last visit, will not be in a hurry to get back

Friday evenings are always enjoyable with Bill on the piano. He is friendly and very entertaining. The food is always amazing and cooked just right. The bartenders are friendly and accommodating when I come in with an off the wall drink. The atmosphere is always inviting. Nowadays, though, you will want to make a reservation for Friday evenings as far in advance as you know you are going. They book up quickly!

First time at George's Steak House. I had scallops and my husband had filet mignon and lobster. Everything was very, very good. Compliments to the chef!! The au gratin potatoes were so creamy and cheesy. AND, the hot bacon salad dressing was awesome. Our server, Kathy, was the best. Very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back. Maybe even again this week!

The greeter and bartender had amazing customer service. The waitress was stressed and seemed to be rushed. I would have loved to have given more stars.. The food, while had an amazing presentation, had very little flavor to it at all. I ordered a tenderloin and scallops. My spouse a tenderloin with broiled shrimp.. The scallops were definitely not fresh, but frozen. While said to be broiled, both the scallops and shrimp were boiled in butter. I ordered scallop potatoes and received what could be called Julienne, but I suspect that it may have been part of my spouses hashbrowns with cheese sauce

This was our first visit and we could not have been happier. The staff was accommodating and helped create memories of our anniversary that will last a lifetime. Flowers on the table and the complementary dessert for 2 helped foster the shared intimacy we sought. There is an atmosphere that seems to inspire loyalty and the food was done to perfection. Wonderful place for families or date nights.
