During your initial appointment, Dr. Chen and Dr. Zhang will dedicate time to understanding your expectations, concerns, and dental history. During this visit, we will use interactive and state of the art technologies such as intra-oral cameras and digital x-rays to educate you about your dental health and thoroughly explain your diagnosis and any pertinent treatment options, if necessary.
Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect your carrier (insurance company) to reimburse you for a portion of insurance fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement is.
