I have been seeing Dr. Pallotta for years now. I can't imagine going to any other dentist, especially during the pandemic. I feel completely safe going into the office, considering they have 3 hepa filtration units that cover 750 sq. ft. I also feel comfortable because everyone that works there is fully vaccinated and wears n95 masks.

Customer service absolutely ludicrous!! Especially if you are Brazilian/American . They try to cancel my appointment twice. The actual appointment times were change 4 times between 2 visits. No respect for your time.
First visit : temporary crown- terrible job. Temporary crown fell in 4 hours . Dentist assistant stated: “ don’t worry won’t fell, just don’t eat anything chewing “ bs of course. He spoke with me in Portuguese.
After waiting for a crown for 2 weeks.. still.. color was wrong. I was offered to exchange and wait.. They couldn’t just made me aware of it over the phone before

Dr. Pallotta us a wonderful and personable dentist. He was very understanding and listens to his patients. Making a trip to the dentist easier to go to. I was calling for an unexpected bill for a regular visit and asked why the office did not inform that there would be an out-of-pocket expense. The office manager Marie did not even listen to me and claimed that it is NOT their responsibility to check that for the customer. Then she misled me that the examination is required by law (which is not true), threatened

I would recommend Dr. John Pallotta and his staff to anyone. I went for whitening and they were very quick and friendly. My other dentist told me that I have three new cavities and I need to fix them but Dr. Pallotta confirmed that I don’t have any, and that was what I thought. He is trustworthy and professional. I am very happy with my experience at Dr. Pallotta’s dental office in Lexington MA.

Dr. Pallotta and his staff are outstanding! They are warm, welcoming, non judgmental and skilled. Shortly after I began to see Dr. Pallotta I found out I was pregnant. Dr. Pallotta made sure to check his data and consult with other colleagues to give me the safest care while pregnant. He ordered special anesthesia to use for pregnant patients and took care of my necessary teeth procedures according to safest timeline with baby in mind. He always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and reasons why. Unlike other dentist, I am never anxious to attend my dentist appointments with Dr. Pallotta

True Story- I did not go to the dentist for years because I was afraid of the pain, I had to be heavily sedated in order to have any sort of dental work. As a result my teeth needed a lot of work. I have been going here for a couple of years now and Dr. Pallotta did some major work on me recently. The outcome was more than perfect, both aesthetically and functionally (and I am very picky, being a foreign-trained dentist dentist myself). I have seen several dentists in the greater Boston area in the past but nobody had the same bed-side manner, honesty or attention to detail as Dr. Pallotta. John has been the best dentist I've ever had and amazing visiting the last number of years. I happily drive from Hanover to Lexington to see him. Dr. Pallotta has been an enormous help and was extremely responsive when I had an emergency. It is not often that I rave about a dentist but this is the one to rave about. I was in trouble a few years back when my dentist retired and I was looking for a progressive and skilled dentist. I also had problems with my teeth being a child of the 60's. Thankfully I found Dr. J and I have never regretted it. He has worked with me in improving my dental health immensely! I visited Dr. Pallotta for a night guard after experiencing pain from grinding my teeth. It was very easy to locate the office and obtain a parking spot. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by courteous staff and sat in a clean and comfortable waiting area. While I was getting my dental work completed, I did not experience any discomfort at all. Dr. Pallotta is very knowledgeable and more than willing and ready to answer questions and explain anything you might have questions about. He is never dismissive, is a good listener, is extremely competent, and explains things very well. He is very professional and has a warm, friendly personality that puts one at ease, even for someone like me who usually hates going to the dentist. I just recently visited Lexington Dental for a cleaning and then a follow up visit to have to have a cavity taken care of. The hygienist who completed the cleaning was thorough, gentle, and professional. While working on my filling Dr. Pallotta took the time to explain to me what he was doing step by step while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. His dental skills and expertise were obvious to me during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Pallotta to anyone that is looking for a new dentist.
