Trinity Restaurant has been owned and operated by an Albanian family since 2007. Recently renovated and expanded, Trinity Restaurant is a place where the customer feels at home in our warm and comfortable dining rooms. In addition to a two-level restaurant space, Trinity has a bar and a semi-private room for parties and meetings.
The vibe is modern, with a traditional touch and a welcoming ambiance. There is a new outdoor patio for those who prefer to dine outdoors. The cuisine is mostly Mediterranean with a touch of Italian cuisine. The Agolli family came to the United States almost twenty years ago, having been in the restaurant business in their home country.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting. The prices were reasonable as well. We had the squash ravioli as an appetizer, with the balsamic vinegar added it was a very unique and delicious treat. We both ordered salmon entrees, but one was a salmon salad the other was with potatoes and veggies. They were superb!!

Best gnocchi and tiramisu I’ve ever had! You can really tell the love this family puts in this restaurant and the food. As a college student in the area, the owners are so sweet and make me feel right at home even though I’m an out of state student. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to get food from here! And if you’re looking for some takeout during the pandemic, please consider supporting this lovely family run business.

She had the penne a la vodka and I had the spicy chicken gorgonzola. Both dishes were good sized portions and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The food was fresh and tasted homemade. The garlic bread appetizer can definitely be shared by the table. The owners seem to be an older couple. They were extremely sweet!

This is the best Italian restaurant that I've ever been to. The woman who was most likely the owner was so kind and it really looked like she cared about the service and quality of food. A favorite of mine was the Sauteed mussels, as the sauce was just perfectly balanced in all flavors. My family went there twice in our visit to Connecticut, and she was so nice to give us a free tiramisu, which was heavenly. The plate was decorated so nicely with honey and what looked like strawberry coulis, and it appeared homemade and fresh. The bite was flavorful but not overwhelmingly sweet, and paired very
