I went to tone out some brassiness from light brown hair. I did a consultation weeks before, brought pics of my own natural color and we agreed on a price and a plan. When the appointment came, Bill didn't remember what we'd agreed on, but colored my hair dark brown anyway. I asked for it to be corrected, and it's now very red. I waited months for a response via email, and then was told he would not correct it. I paid 200 bucks to ruin my hair basically. Cuts here are great, but don't do color! They won't fix their mistakes if they mess up and you will wait months for even that communication.

My preteen daughter has a tremendous amount of hair. She has beautiful but unruly thick curls that she would often brush out into a frizzy ponytail. I heard about Elite Hair Design from my local mothers group and decided to give it a try. My daughter was skeptical as she feels stylist rarely listen to her, cut more than she would like and treat her like "a baby". Douglas at Elite was amazing. He listened to exactly what she wanted, made her feel very comfortable and when she walked out of the salon, her hair looked more beautiful than it ever had. I cannot recommend Douglas highly enough

I looked and looked endlessly for a place that specialized in cutting curly hair. While my original stylist always did a great job, I wanted to try a Deva Cut, and wanted a place that had proficient understanding on curly hair. I went back and forth looking up different places, and found a lot to be booked for months, and some offered services at outrages prices. I ended up zeroing in on this salon and glad I had done so. My 13yo daughter and I had our curly hair cuts here. Sarah did such a great job. My daughter is really happy with her cut and it's so much easier for her to brush and maintain now. She also loved the shape the cut gave her. I loved my cut and was overdue for one it's so nice to have my curls back they look so healthy and added more volume as well. Sarah is very knowledgeable about curls and I'm glad we were able to find her.

I went to Sarah to cut my curly hair and do my root color to match my current shade. Her cut was fine. Nothing to write home about. Fine.
But the color was atrocious. I was somehow 8 shades darker than my roots and looked like a skunk. Terrible terrible terrible. Even now over 2 months after, I'm stilling dealing with trying to have the color error corrected. Do not get your hair colored by Sarah. Cut? Fine. But spare yourself the color nightmare. And since she only comes down once a month, fixing it was not an option before the salons closed again.

This was my first time going here and I can say with 100% certainty that I will be going back. I got the best cut of my LIFE from Samantha Foakes, she was kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain how I could take better care of my hair and she was so focused on making sure that I walked out of the salon happy with my haircut.
This salon is also ideal in the unprecedented time of covid. They keep air circulating, have people wait in their cars, and are otherwise extremely conscientious and thoughtful.

I went here last Saturday for the first time. My stylist was Samantha. I was super excited to come here but I left disappointed. I got a shampoo, cut, and style. I love the layers in my hair but I wanted a long bob and well, my hair isn't really in a bob at all. As far as the style, I feel I went in with my curls looking more defined, curly and with more volume. I kept hearing the client next to me super excited about how her curls were looking and I was a little disappointed that I didn't get that experience. I paid $140 for a cut, shampoo and style. I lightweight feel kind of robbed

Had my first deva cut from Bill and definitely won't be my last... I'm somewhat new to finally accepting my curls...after my cut I had no idea my hair was that curly and with minimal effort!
Bill made my first time experience a great one and gave me tips and tricks to get that curl every time. It's been a couple of days since the cut and my curls are still rocking

So I waited a little over a month for my appointment . The wait was worth it. It cost a pretty penny but this was worth every single dollar spent.
History on my hair type: I used to have suuuuper tight curls as a child and then one day I got a hair cut and my hair went from curly to straight then to wavy then to semi curly and bouncing between a few curls to waves. After I got the cut, rinse and cleanse , my hairs bounce came back and so did my curls. It's been a week since my hair cut and I am already seeing a huge difference in my hair. I made an appointment with the salon owner. It seems like they tend to book out a couple weeks, depending on which stylist you ask for.
I found the experience to be very educational. I had never had a deva cut before, but after the haircut, my stylist explained how to wash and style my hair, so of course they ended up selling me on some products, because I really liked the end result. It's been a couple weeks since my haircut, and I'm finding the styling routine to be very manageable, and feeling much more confident with my hair than I was previously!

Came her to cut 12 inches off my hair earlier this year. It was the first time I'd ever gotten a haircut that cost more than $15, and it was well worth the increase in quality and knowledge from the stylists. Your hair is worth investing in! And while they have great hair products that they sell, it was nice to feel like they weren't pressuring me into buying the ones they were selling there.

Wow! I googled Deva Curl salons and found this gem. Truly life changing. I have been straightening my hair for years and denying my wavy hair it's natural existence. This is not a traditional method of hair cutting and care in all the best and most natural ways. This was as much an educational as well as a beauty experience. Susie truly taught me how to love and care for my hair with no brushes, combs, towels, synthetic products, irons, etc... I can't thank Susie enough for this experience. I love my hair.
