Greenhouse plumbing (Omit) is my go-to company. Prices are fixed as per the book. I have been a regular customer with these guys for a bit. When I called for a furnace replacement, OMID with GREEN HOUSE came to my home and offered a quote to replace the same day.
The quote was not only much less than competitors, Omid also told me about an available Discount Coupon, helped me get online with the furnace manufacturer and walked me the the product Warranty Registration Process, and helped me with the $350 PGE Rebate Process.

We asked GHP and another company to quote replacement of a hot water heater with either a new tankless or a new like unit with a mixing valve. In addition I asked him to quote installation of a water softener and filter that I owned. At the time Navid came to our house we were in the middle of moving in and things were pretty chaotic. GHP came 2 hours after we talked on phone, scheduled to replace and install new water heater tank the next day.
The technician is professional, he scheduled at 5pm but came at 4:30pm waiting outside, he came to take a look , he also respected my place by putting shoes covers. Then he gave me the quote which was better then others so I went ahead with him.
The next day, he came on time and explained to me what's he gonna do. He was able to replace and install everything by himself (I live in

I called GreenHouse plumbing as one of the companies for fixing our water heater. The scheduling was super fast. But the technician who came to fix the issue was not well trained in customer service or diagnosing the problem. He said that he couldn't find anything wrong with the heater why the flame was turning off. He just turned the flame on once and suggested $160 for the fix despite the front desk mentioning the estimate was complimentary and the technician will get my approval before embarking on anything to fix it. Looks like the front desk didn't inform him of that.

I called GHP to quote my bathroom remodel on recommendation from a friend. I also called 5 other plumbers to quote. GHP was the ONLY company that provided an honest and reasonable price. They reassured me that the reason the other companies' prices were so much higher was that they were simply trying to upsell and get me to pay for work that was… not necessary. In less than a day, GHP installed new drain/vent pipe and supply lines for the upstairs bathroom shower/toilet/vanity that tied into existing downstairs plumbing perfectly. I ask for a estimate for repairing gas leak detected by gas company's warning tag. The tag is missing, but I have told them the gas company has identified it is my pipe's problem. The agent tell me he needs to do a quick gas leak checking, which will charge me $159(may be another number), I think it is ridiculous.
