After this deep freeze thaw we had water pouring out of the house. I called three plumbers who were unable to come to even check it out for a week! Shamim was willing to come within a couple hours to at least evaluate it. He also had to traverse our very steep icy hill to get here. After he turned the water back on it was discovered to be a simple fix. So grateful to him for taking care of the problem and then he didn’t even charge us for the call! He is my go to plumber now and I will definitely recommend him if you are in need!

Shamin at Kirkland Rooter, is amazing! He came to our managed house in 30 minutes after getting calls, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it! He is very professional, explain issues to us and suggest next step to prevent the issues! His charge is very reasonable! He came out at night under big snow, and extreamly cold weather, just for that, if he charge a higher fee, I would not complain, but instead, he charged less than he quoted before he set off, I am very impressed! I will recommend him to anyone who looking for a plumber! And will put him in our top preferred vender list!

Shamim was referred to me by he friends who have used his services multiple times. I called him and schedule time for the next day. He came right on time as communicated and fixed the vanity sink leak within 30 minutes. Also advised on how can we setup fan and use bleach to make sure there is no Mold and bathroom is safe to use for our little kids.

Our experience with Shamim was excellent. He did the plumbing for our entire house and was available even on our short notice. Also, when we had issues getting the right height for the pipe on our new shower head, he was more than willing to return and alter the height to the perfect placement we needed (at no extra charge)!
