These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I was referred to this business specifically by a friend. Had Curtis out the 22nd of August for an estimate on a smaller job (perhaps this is the problem?) and have not heard a word since. In that time we have contacted the office twice for an update after a few weeks of silence and both times were told we would be called back/contacted with an update soon. We were not contacted either time. Why give us the run around and waste our time? Very disappointed and would prefer an honest “we are not interested in helping you” over being ignored.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.
