Pretty sure that anyone in communication with “Carolle Van Sande” is being scammed. Both with hire for property and with experience for a possible tenant side. She does not respond until you bug her. Must at least send two emails to get any response. Then (from tenant looking for housing) she finally responds with an application asking for social security number and all banking info, including banking account #, before you see the place. When replying you are ghosted and hear nothing. From all the scamming going on most people are not comfortable giving that info until they see the place and
