I highly do not recommend this salon. I have had blue hair for the longest. It is a solid blue from root to tip.
I asked her to retouch my roots. I left very unsatisfied.
She didn’t not give me a mirror to see the back and I see why. I contacted her numerous times, called her 3 times sent pics and was never contacted back. My hair is green now, and the back doesn’t even looked bleached at all. I was charged $400 for this service and now I will be paying more out of pocket for a color correction. Please save yourself the hassle and go to another salon!

I've been going to Jenn for about a year now, and she's done a stellar job every time. She always tells it like it is, her suggestions are spot on, and she keeps my hair's health in mind with every service. I've never had a better salon experience than here. I'll be coming back as long as I have hair to cut and dye :)

Regarding services with Ashley Dec 2020
Disappointed 😞 in the results (even attended an initial consultation appointment prior to service to confirm options) and even more disappointed in the providers failure to respond to me as to corrective measures.
Even with the Covid pandemic and during the Holidays I spent a total of $280.00 and to be honest it was as a complete splurge for me.
In retrospect it was a waste of time and money not to mention the unnecessary damage to hair.
I have very dark hair but wanted to Cover and Blend the small but obvious grey hair around my face, hence the separate

First I would like to discredit the 1 star review saying salon doesnt do black people hair. I have been going to Jen since 2014 and was just there yesterday. And she always does my hair great! As a matter of fact she is the only one I trust with my color and cuts. I live in GA and travel to texas just so she can do it. So I dont think I would do that if she wont do black people hair. Lady must have called the wrong salon, because no one there would have spoke to her on the phone in such a rude way. Thank you Jen for never disappointing me with my hair choices.
