The goal of InterMark's Affordable Properties Division is to create value for each owner by maximizing the return on investment and preservation of the asset, while simultaneously assuring that the property remains in full compliance with all governmental requirements applicable to the asset.

Since 1986, InterMark's specialization in management of LIHTC properties has continued to evolve and includes new LIHTC construction, in which we manage several lease-ups annually for certain portfolio clients.InterMark is educated in the restrictive time frames in which an owner must place a property into compliance, and aggressively pursues maximizing full tax credit income in the property's first year.
At InterMark, the most important investment we make is in our team members, who are vital contributors in pursuit of each client's goal for the properties entrusted to us. I own a small cleaning Services and I have cleaned
an appartment at Shellpiont in Beaufort SC. Back In August and I have NOT received any payment for it yet.
If all of the tenants was to stop paying there rental payments they would not be happy with that, so they should know that I am not happy without receiving my payment for my work.

The actual corporation was great to deal with. The apartments that they are over is terrible. I do not recommend Keswick apartments

How do I even begin. I've been leasing from this company for 5 years now. Horrible service, no one to fix anything. Been through atleast 20 property managers and maitence men!! No one to even contact from management after Jen Left. It took my ac unit to catch on fire and me withholding rent for them to come fix my ac unit. I still have holes in the wall from them "reparing it", black mold in a bathroom, and more things that have never been fixed. We have a new property manager and apparently I'm getting fined for smoking outside. Also have been told my vehicle with a plate and insured will be getting

The woodknoll is not worst the time and energy. I have had at least 5 major issues from ceiling leaking water, rain coming in from under the door, electricity going out in half the apartment, ac issues, mysterious flood that maintenance doesn’t know where it’s coming from with water being left to continue to flood my apartment until morning. I could keep going but I think you get the point.

Soooo I applied for Rosewood Commons, their new community and they haven’t responded. I’m not moving there! I suggest you read the other comments of the residents that live in their other units and STAY AWAY!!!

I was rejected for housing and I have been trying to get my money back since June 22. No one has ever returned my calls or responded to me in any way. This company is running a scam. Do NOT apply for any property operated by this management company. I have been lied to so many times. POOR PEOPLE SKILLS.

I currently live in a property managed by these"folks". To say the service is terrible is an understatement. I report issues and they go ignored. I end up having to fix things on my own. I'm not refunded or reimbursed in any way. Instead, I'm treated as though I'm a burden even though I've lived here going on 6 years. Things really need to improve around here

I can certainly describe my experience with Intermark Management as being fantastic from the property manager up to the regional manager. It was a process going through the application however patience is the key. It may be hard to reach someone at first but they will reach out to you as quick as possible and try to help you in every way possible. Shout out to Columbia SC 👍👍👍

The staff here is amazing. I have had a wonderful experience here. I am military and they have worked great with my fluid move out date. Great view of pine trees too and very pet friendly. Neighbors have been good too. I would recommend this place to everyone.
