Patton Properties has been amazing from day one! I was set to rent a house through another property management company but due to an issue with that house the lease was cancelled and I was suddenly left with all my things in a U-Haul and a storage building without a place to live. The housing shortage made finding a rental difficult.

I'm a new tenant this year and I must say I'm very impressed and extremely happy to be renting from such a loving caring company. They truly do care about there tenants and anything I needed service was answered immediately this is truly an amazing place to rent from Mrs. Pam and her entire team are awesome

I lived behind two notch on Springwoods lake drive in one of their rentals, it was a great place to stay, very spacious, quiet neighborhood, my neighbors were wonderful people, I could see the pond from my house and I LOVED watching the gosling's follow behind mom. Rent was reasonable and work order were always immediately taken care of. This is a lovely company to rent from and they were easy to work with any issues that arise. Great place, great company!

I just moved to a property that this company owns and me and my family ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! All of these negative reviews that you see are from when the old maintenance crew was still working here. Now Jimmy's crew takes care of maintenance and they are AMAZING!! they come out very quickly when you put in a request. Pamela who is the supervisor has also been great!! Also, the move in process was nice and smooth!! the property has brand new appliances as well as brand new carpet! I could not be more satisfied!! Thank you patton properties

If I could give 0 stars I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. This is a company who I observed does not like to deal with blacks. Majority of the properties retain a horrible smell you can not get rid of and roach infestations. Been here a year and have NEVER seen pest control. They are very lazy when it comes to maintenance and are forever ready to take your money. I was a fool but don't you be ! I definitely relate to the other previous tenants who had constant issues. This has been a nightmare for me. Staff don't know how to talk to anyone as you can see in below replies. We were even approved for COVID

I am a new tenant and have been very pleased with the responsive and helpful staff. Patton team members have gone above and beyond to get me approved and moved in quickly. Everyone that I have communicated with has been friendly and all of my request have been fulfilled in a timely manner.

I’m only giving one star because you have to give a star to write a review. I have personally rented from many different places and companies before. This is one of the worst. In the midst of this pandemic they have not been at all understanding with the hardships of COVID-19. (If they weren’t understanding with this, I can’t imagine how much less they could care with anything else.) I helped someone out who lived in one of their apartments through the entire process from viewing, applying, signing the lease, to contacting the company for issues. It is difficult to get in touch with them

So as far as professionalism, I have had no issues when speaking with staff although I have had little contact with them in the 3 years I have rented the property. However, it seems this rental agency is about taking YOUR MONEY, over $1000 of my security deposit. They kept $150 of my security deposit to pay to remove stick tile countertops that probably cost them $30 to put down. I lived here for 3 years so of course the $0.13 per tile near the sink will have wear and tear because these cheap tiles are not made for countertops. Then they charged me $155 to replace mini-blinds that were not provided

If I could give this place no stars I would !! Absolutely horrible to rent from ! Lazy maintenance crew That don’t like to fix anything ! Roaches and they don’t offer pest control they want you to come down to the office and get a can of spray !! Ok let’s fast forward and I’m giving true facts !! When I move to this home on suber street the place was filthy with a horrible smell that I complained about for 2 months! The cabinets wasn’t cleaned it was trash behind the fridge etc! I had large holes in the laundry area I called multiple times to get the holes patched up and it took them
