Rachel earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology at Loyola University Maryland and has worked in outpatient mental health services for the past five years. Rachel has experience working with adults and couples, and has assisted clients with working through issues involving life stress/transitions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship conflict and rebuilding, communication, and self-esteem.
Renewal has been running social skills groups for over 12 years for young adults, adolescents and children. The social skills groups are designed for individuals who may have difficulties with making or keeping friends, who are being bullied, withdrawn, isolative, behaviorally acting out, engaging in risk taking behaviors, going through transition(s), or academic difficulties.
