Services
Mari Pat McGuire is a social worker, certified psychodramatist and creative arts therapist with 30 years of experience in the field. Mari Pat has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings and has experience working with people of all ages and stages of life. She works with individuals, couples, and families and is a certified group therapist.
Harmony Counseling Center is currently hiring experienced licensed social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners to join our thriving group practice. Therapists will provide assessments and psychotherapy for a variety of clients with private insurance.

I had always been hesitant about seeing a therapist and on my initial appointment I was very nervous. Walking up to the office door for the first time my anxiety spiked only to be calmed after the first face to face interaction with the staff. The women behind the counter were very pleasant to deal with, much like how they had been over the phone. The waiting area felt like I was sitting in someones home rather then in a counseling center. The first interaction with Michael Schemm further reduced my anxiety as he was very welcoming and informative as to what options we had to move forward in treatment

I have been a patient of harmony Counseling for a few years now and it has changed my life. I have learned much from my therapist and get my meds there as well. I moved away from the area but am still able to televideo into appointments. I had this review up under my name previously but didn’t feel comfortable, still wanted to commend harmony for being better than my last 4(!) therapists.

Went here a couple of times during the pandemic because I was under the impression that I had free therapy via EAP. I gave them the code for the free therapy and input my insurance on the new patient forms. I was never billed or asked for a co-pay, so I presumed everything had gone through properly. A year and four months after my first visit, I received a bill for $350, charging for every appointment I ever had at all once, and nothing was ever sent to my insurance. I am very surprised by the poor reviews. I respect the experiences that other people have had and I'm not trying to dismiss their feelings and experiences. My experience is very different. The front office staff has not only been professional but has gone out of their way to be helpful to me and my family. They always remember me and are very kind, friendly, and compassionate. A young family member sees Stacy Gray. Stacy has been a godsend. The difference in my family member has been obvious. Stacy is so respectful and is very good about setting boundaries and ensuring that my family member feels

Ive been going to Harmony for a year. They have helped me tremendously
I am glad they have expanded and now have Professionals that are able to prescribe medications. I don’t have to go to a separate Psychiatrist.
They seem to have specialist for every issue
My particular therapist has 40 years or more experience in the mental health field and is really knowledgeable in several different types of therapy.
