Chip did a great job representing me in my divorce. He was tough in fighting for my interests and great at negotiating with the opposing lawyer. The assets I had and other issues of the situation I was in complicated everything. His detailed knowledge of the law regarding assets and establishing support and his experience in knowing and dealing with the other lawyers and judges in Santa Barbara ultimately set me up in strong position to negotiate from. We were able to come to a good settlement and avoid a trial. If we did go to trial I believe Chip was prepared and would have prevailed for

Unprofessional, unresponsive, ineffective. Avoid this office at all costs. The other reviews are a sham. These guys are completely unprofessional and lazy with all aspects of their business. Considering the positive results of the case had nothing to do with them, is an indication of their poor service. Not to mention there have been several instances where myself or other associates have called their office only to have the phone picked up and hung up immediately.
