We called JM Plumbing three times over 2.5 weeks, spoke to the receptionist and left messages and NEVER got a call back. I called and left my cell and my husband called and left his, neither number was contacted. We understand busy but no call at all? Each time we called we made sure to explain what we were looking for and were assured someone would be in touch. Never happened.

JM has remarkably good reviews and this is no accident. Working with them has been one of the most positive service-vendor-related experiences I've had as a homeowner. I submitted a query via their online form and within hours was asked if I could provide photos of the issue areas. The next afternoon a rep from JM was at my home assessing the situation. I can not say enough positive things about J & R and specifically technician Anibal. We thought we had one issue with a leaky toilet but he took the time to investigate the entire toilet and found multiple issues. He had all of the supplies in his truck and was able to replace all necessary wax rings and pumps. He and his assistant were very clean and thorough and he explained everything he did, why the leaks were happening and showed his work. Best plumber I have ever had. Thank you so much!!!

When our HVAC completely stopped working I knew I needed someone I could trust to fix it right and fix it fast. Nick from JM quickly assessed the issue and replaces our entire HVAC unit. Very disappointing costumer service for a company that has been awarded Angie's List Super Service Award for the past four years. I tried calling about 2 weeks ago to inquire about a leaky shower head. I was told by the call taker that she would check with the maintance team to see if this was something that they handled and then call me back. I was hopeful at this point that we would be able to use their company.
I didnt hear back with an answer by the end of that day or or the next so I tried calling again to check-in. They told me that they were experienceing high call volumes they apologized

As it happened:
I called JM Plumbing on a Friday, and reported an issue with my water heater. The owner asked me to get back to him with full details about my heater (make, model) and I said I will that evening. He said that they do their scheduling on Sunday and that he could probably come on Monday.
I emailed him that evening with what he asked for and asked when they will be able to come.
He didn't answer my question but replied two days later asking for more pictures.

The water in my condo wasn't running as hot as I like, so I called in JM plumbing to inspect my hot water heater. They replaced a mixing valve and installed a thermostat so that I could accurately dial in a desired temperature. They then took measurements from the various taps to verify that the hot water was indeed running at the hotter temp. The technicians were punctual, friendly, and explained what they were doing and why. Highly recommended.
