Very pleasant experience. Shane was very nice. After I showed him what I needed, he gave me an estimated cost and after I approved the estimate, got to work. About two hours later, he was done. I was very pleased. If I hadn't known someone had been there, I would never guessed. Very neat and tidy. I was very happy with our service technician, Tommy.

He gave some great insights on things to think about and let us know what to look out for over the next years. If we can request techs, we will request him on our next call!

Abram arrived within the scheduled window of service. He was very knowledgeable and was quite thorough. Totally on top of his game. Thankfully he did not reek of cigarettes; he removed his shoes inside my house and wore a mask throughout the service call. Everything was completed quickly, neatly, and expertly. Not only an incredibly competent plumber but a true gentleman. I'm so glad we found Cardinal!

Contacted Cardinal due to increased condensation on AC unit. Cardinal overall was very responsive and provided updates on my appointment. I especially appreciated Cardinal sending information & a picture of the person who would be conducting the service. Carlos was the second person to come out, he was very professional and informative. We will have to wait awhile to see if the issue resolves but felt confident in the options he provided if the issue persisted (without him trying to sell us another service) even if it was to use another company to address the problem. Definitely would recommend

Excellent customer service. I booked my appointment online via chat how convenient. Jonathan was on time. He notified me when he was on his way. He inspected our three-story home to determine why the water bill was so high. After running diagnostics, he found out that our water meter is not working correctly. I will be calling the county with that… information. We bought our home without an inspection. Jonathan was kind and patient with all of our questions. He checked everything from the sump pump to the bathrooms. Once the county fixes the meter, we would like to book a service with him
