Veronika and the team are on the ball and making sure to catch up on any needs throughout the pandemic time as well as new needs. The turn around time is very fast and I'm totally satisfied with the quality of working service professional service contract workers that come and do a professional job for all the tenants. The grounds keepers also do a great job. kudos Veronika and kudos Belmont Brokerage.

Our pipe burst from the bathroom to the bedroom, the bathroom was completely flooded and the other rooms getting there. The manager called he office and a man whose name Jonathan came to.check the damage immediately. Jonathan called his plumber who came out and turned off the water and told us he and his crew would be there the next morning at 7:30, They were there on time, and Anthony got his crew started. The work took about 4 and a half days but they did a good job.
