Have lived here for months & though the people are nice, residents have concerns that has been presented to the office. i.e., Community meeting needed with management, game room TV works poorly, spa often dirty, hallway carpets dirty, elevator floors, etc. When questioned, you are given the "we are working on it" statement. Office personnel continues to be changed; one day someone is here....after a while, they are not. Then, the office staff blames the one no longer working here, instead of addressing & fixing the concerns. You are given a one-year lease & periodic inspections as well. Carpet
