Critical: Responsiveness
I've contacted them multiple times via phone and online form and nobody bothers to contact me! Even if there's no availability how about a courtesy of letting me know when there will be?!

I've lived at the Renaissance Terrace Apartments, for (6) years and I could not be happier. I have a balcony (as all units do), with my coffee table and plants, the safety of our secured garage and a great gym. Best if all, we have a wonderful Community Manager (Cyndia) and Engineer (Alfonso), who are simply the best. I love it!!

Hi I have been living here for 8 years. While I live living here there has just been a few things I don’t like. First if it wasn’t for the current manager Cynda I would never have been ridden if mice that I had plus she has my apartment sprayed every Tuesday for roaches. They only thing I don’t like is nothing has been done to my apartment in 8 yrs. no painting expect my kitchen like a year ago but my carpet is horrid. The cabinets don’t close properly. I don’t like having company over to see how bad it looks. The apartments only get fixed if you move out. Not fair. I really like it here

This community is everything I could ask for, living in an apartment for the very first time. The management team over at Renaissance made my relocation the BEST professional service I’ve received in a very long time!!! From sending me room by room pictures of the actual apartment I would move into, to having a small “ Welcome Home” note on my move in documents upon my arrival to complete the process. Very diverse community, quiet and well maintained. So far, a great place to call home.

Had been searching all over, found this place and reserved a unit online and within about a day it was confirmed. Very easy move-in, helpful staff, Alfonso is fantastic and an asset to the community, George is super friendly and the new Community Manager is great too!
Seems to be a great mix of working professionals, families, seniors and a few students. The place is generally quiet, it only gets a little loud in the courtyard during the summer, when families and their kids play there. Which I will take over other issues, any day.
I have been very happy here, the location is literally at the

This apartment complex is cozy and nice. Certainly one of the best deals Downtown Long Beach for the price. The place is gated, which adds a level of security and has assigned parking! I'm enjoying my stay so far.

In general this place is Ok.
The Good: Well maintained, Clean, Getting Apartment maintenance in a reasonable time.
The Down: Safety could be better. (Had my bike stolen 2 times from the parking lot). My neighbor had his vehicle windshield smashed. Once in a while you see someone obviously doesn't belong inside the property.
3 out of 10 times I went to the office during working hours it was close for this reason or another.
