I looked at a home in Placida with Ray Corcoran and made an offer. The owner Brian Corcoran told my real estate agent it was not high enough without even contacting the seller. A week later I made another offer and was told "we have a deal." I drove one hour to sign the contract and looked at the house one more time only to find out Brian Corcoran had changed his mind on my offer price, but still wanted me to sign the contract at a higher price than we had just agreed. Brian also made a snarky comment about me to my real estate agent. This company could learn a lot about ethics and customer
