Services
Jake and Inky Knapp began their printing business in the 1960s, producing printed materials out of their garage in Woodland, California. In 1972 they moved the company to Sacramento, California. They opened a 2nd location in 1974 on Elm Street in Woodland. A year later they sold the Sacramento office.
After working 25 years in the back room of the family business, he shaved, put on slacks, and took the helm about 15 years ago. Hiring excellent and professional staff is what he does best! When Nancy allows him out of his office, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife Brenda, playing guitar, and building Legos.
We at Printer's Ink want to make sure that you are happy with your printed products. We take great pride in our communication skills so that you know exactly what you will get and what it will cost. Sometimes a limited budget requires strategy. You want to appear professional and not look cheap. We will make paper and ink recommendations, and design a beautiful piece inexpensively for even the tightest budget.
Printer's Ink has been providing full service copies for our customers for several decades. We upgrade copiers and have them serviced regularly so that we can provide nice quality copies. We stock many papers, both text and cove weights so that same day production can be accomplished for multiple copy orders.
Before your customers read the content of your promotional or informational materials, they notice visual features such as layout, color, and font. An awesome crew! Printer's Ink has been our go-to for my business' printing needs since 2011. Nancy has designed all of our forms, stationary, and business cards. She has also developed artwork for a variety of things over the years. My creativity skills are sorely lacking, so Nancy's creations are like magic to me. Fair pricing, quick turn-around time, and ethical people. Jerry and his crew make my life easier, and I'm grateful to have partnered with them all those years ago.

I have been using Printers Ink for several years and they have great employees. The last time I tried to get some printing done the service was terrible. I emailed a file to the address indicated on their website, then was told it was not the correct email and instructed to call the shop in the morning. I called them, was given the correct email, called back after resending it, and was told to wait for a return call. I waited all day with no response so I called again before closing. I was told that their computer flagged my email attachment as a possible threat, and due to my phone number not

This place charges you fees which they don't tell you about. My printer broke and I needed 30 pages printed. I called them, they said it's 10c per page, you can bring a thumb drive in or email in PDF format, it doesn't matter. Expecting to pay about $3 (30 sheets x 10c) the bill was $16. I asked why. The person behind the desk said there are handling fees without giving me any details. I inquired further, moving away from handling fees she then said it cost $1 to open each PDF. I asked her to show me where it says that and I also said I was quoted 10c a sheet when I called. She said she can't

Where to even begin.... Printers ink has gone over and above delivering ahead of schedule and with the most reasonable prices of any print shop I've ever worked with. Don't even bother looking at other print shops in town this one is the best hands down, I've been to them all. Thank you especially to Denise and Andrew but truly the entire team, embroidery department and print department have been a joy to work with.

This is an amazing place to get any of your prints done. Top quality prints and lots of help from everyone who works here. They go out of their way to help you get exactly what you want. Prices are the best you can find in the web area. No need to go to fedEX while you can support local business and save on top of it too.
