Outline Custom Apparel takes pride in our integrity, and we would love to give you a screen printing quote for your future order.
First and foremost, let us know what kind of artwork that you need so that we can really get started. We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PNG, PDF) for maximum quality with high resolution and 300 DPI minimum. If this isn't possible - don't worry! We can still help, but we have to admit that it may affect overall quality.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

Came in for few hats I needed to embroidery and they have huge selection, 30 min and I was out of there with a great job done.
I also printed a custom Onesie for my grandchildren and watch her print.
So nice to see that we have a store like that on Main Street, you will see me back for Christmas gifts for sure.

Came wanting to place a order for my family reunion coming up at the end of the month, and the owners were super nice and extremely helpful!! I even got my shirts printed right away!! And I didn’t even get charged for the set up or anything! Very nice, high quality work!! Big orders or small, I definitely will be returning!! :):)
